No explanation is given as to how Hourman seems to retain some of his Miraclo abilities without anything to give them to him. Residual effect, maybe? But then again, Long-Time Man is an even cheesier name.

2 stars. Okay, Dr. Glisten was an example of writers toying with the powered villain a little bit, even if he looked like some goofy Ferengi.

So umm, I guess they're just not even bothering with miraclo now? That was his whole thing. Now all he's left with is getting knocked out every issue

It's interesting that this is reprinted in a title called "World's Most Dangerous Villains", since this villain could maybe control a shipyard but really not much else. I think if here were to come across a magician instead of Hourman this would have been like 2 pages...

thanks for pointing out reprints, its allowing me to find better quality versions

As for the story itself, it was nice to see Hourman fight a villain of a bit higher caliber, but still pretty mid
